                     Original Petition (C) praying inter allia that in the
         circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the O.P (C)
         the High Court be pleased to stay all proceedings pursued to
         Exhibit P12 Judgment of the learned IInd Additional District
         Judge, Kollam in C.M.A Nos. 25/2019 & 26/2019 dated 15.2.2020,
         till the disposal of the above Original Petition.


                      This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the
         petition and the affidavit filed in support of O.P (C) and this
         court's order dated 9.4.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of
         GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the petitioners, and of M/S SHAJI
         CHIRAYATH, JIJI M..VARKEY, M.M.SHAJAHAN & BOOMIKA SAJANfor the
         respondents the court passed the following;
