                   Application praying that in the circumstances
         stated therein the High Court be pleased to stay all
         further proceedings in common judgment passed in
         M.C.491/2016 on the file of Hon'ble Family Court,
         Kannur dated 23-4-2018 pending disposal of the
         Revision Petition (Family Court).
               This application again coming on for orders upon
         perusing the application and this Court's order dated
         28.02.2020 in Crl.M.A. 01/2018, and upon hearing the
         arguments       of   M.V.   AMARESAN,   Advocates   for   the
         petitioner and of SRI.K.RAJESH SUKUMARAN Advocate for
         the respondent, the court passed the following:

                                      ORDER

Interim order will stand extended until further orders.
