Petitioner has sought for the following reliefs:

"Issue a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to consider Exhibit P1, P3 and P5 and restore the service of the vehicle bearing No.KL 10 Z 1432 through the route Puthoor-Mandamangalam- Matottichal via Vallur after resettling its timing in consultation with the petitioner and the President of Kallichithra- Nadampadam Oorukootta Samithi and Vallur Ooorukootta Samithi, within a time frame manner after affording an opportunity of bearing to the petitioner."

2. On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in this writ

petition for adjudication.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as

infructuous.
