                                 JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with following prayers:

a. to call for the records of the case and a report from the 2nd respondent regarding the 3rd respondent's complaint.

b. to pass a writ of mandamus or appropriate writ commanding the 2nd respondent to stop harassment of the petitioner.

2. When this matter came up for consideration, the

Government Pleader submitted that there is no harassment from

the side of the 2nd respondent towards the petitioner. The counsel

for the 3rd respondent also submitted that she has no intention to

harass the petitioner.

3. In the light of the above submissions I think this writ

petition can be closed recording the above submissions.

Therefore, this writ petition is closed recording the

submission of the Government Pleader and also the counsel for the

3rd respondent.
