                  Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit

         filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay all further proceedings

         pursuant to the Judgment dated 28-11-2019 in OS 64 of 2017 onthe file of Sub

         Court, Devikulam pending disposal of the above appeal.




                  This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the application

         and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and this Court's order dated

         12.03.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of P.K.RAVI SANKAR, Advocate for the

         petitioner and of M.P.RAMNATH and P.Rajesh Kottackal Advocates for the

         respondent, the court passed the following:
