                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 17th day of June,2021

This contempt petition is filed by the petitioner complaining that the

directives contained in the judgment dated 24.7.2018 are not complied with.

2. However, today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for

petitioner submitted that the writ petition was the outcome of a dispute by

and between the petitioner and another private person and since the parties

have settled the dispute and the bridge constructed by the petitioner was

already removed, petitioner is not intending to press the contempt petition.

Submission of the learned counsel for petitioner is recorded and the

contempt petition is closed accordingly.
