                              JUDGMENT

The petitioner, Manager of a CBSC school

in which students from LKG to Class XII are

studying, has filed this writ petition seeking a

direction to the 1st respondent to issue service

verification certificates to the effect that the

school's had not operated pursuant to the lock

down.

2. The petitioner has filed Exts.P3 and P4

representations for this purpose and is

aggrieved by the delay in taking a decision

thereon.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits

that the authorities can be directed to take a

decision on the representations made by the

petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is

disposed of directing the 1st respondent to W.P.(C).No.12277 of 2021(H)

consider the request made in Exts.P3 and P4

representations and pass orders thereon in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as

possible, at any rate, within a period of three

weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the

judgment.
