                               ORDER

The petitioner is arrayed as the sole accused in

crime No.1278/2016 of the Chavakkad Police Station

alleging offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,

452, 325, 427, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. This Crl.M.C. is filed seeking to grant No

Objection Certificate/Permission to the petitioner to

renew the passport in C.C.No.3976/2016 pending on the

files of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court,

Chavakkad, on such conditions, which this Court deems

fit and proper.

The case is pending before the Judicial First Class

Magistrate Court, Chavakkad. Hence, the learned

Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chavakkad is directed to

consider and pass orders on the application, if any, filed

or to be filed by the petitioner, within a period of seven
