                                       JUDGMENT

The petitioner is challenging Exts.P1 and P2 orders of

transfer issued to him on several grounds. The

petitioner has preferred Exts.P3 and P4 representations

against the orders of transfer.

2. I am not inclined to consider the merits of the orders

of transfer in a proceeding under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India at the first instance. The writ

petition is hence disposed of directing the respondents to

consider and dispose of Exts.P3 and P4 representations

within a period of one month from the date of receipt of

a certified copy of this judgment. If the respondents

consider it necessary, the petitioner may also be

afforded a personal hearing in the matter either in

person or through video conferencing.
