JUDGMENT
The writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 1 st
respondent to dispose of Ext.P3 application after obtaining a report from
the 4th respondent and in accordance with the law laid down by this
Court in the decisions reported in Adani Infrastructures and
Developers Pvt.Ltd. v. State of Kerala [2014 (1) KLT 774] and Lalu
v. State of Kerala [2020 (5) KLT 712] and to make necessary
corrections in the data bank of Kalamassery Municipality.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The application produced shows that the same has been
received by the 1st respondent. In the above circumstances, the writ
petition is disposed of directing the 1 st respondent to obtain a report
from the 4th respondent and other necessary authorities and dispose of
Ext.P3 application in the light of the judgments referred above.
Needless to say that the petitioner shall pay the necessary fee and also
submit the required documents when the same are called for. Orders
shall be passed within a period of three months from the date of receipt
of a certified copy of this judgment.
