                                         JUDGMENT

Petitioner has filed Ext.P2 application for

renewal of permit before the Regional Transport

Authority, Idukki. The application is dated

05.02.2021. The limited prayer of the petitioner is

for a direction to the Regional Transport Authority,

Idukki, to consider and pass order in Ext.P2 within a

time frame.

2. Considering the fact that Ext.P2 was filed as

early as on 05.02.2021, there will be a direction to

the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on

Ext.P2 in accordance with law, within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment. The above order shall be complied with, if

necessary, by taking a decision in the matter, by

circulation.
