                           JUDGMENT

As per Ext.P2 order dated 07.01.2021, the 5 th

respondent Manager appointed the petitioner as

Headmistress of the School. Since there was delay

in drawing up Ext.P2 proceedings, as per Ext.P4,

the Manager has addressed the second respondent for

condonation of delay. The petitioner confines her

relief for a direction to the second respondent to

pass orders on Ext.P4 request.

After hearing the learned counsel for the

petitioner and also the learned Government Pleader,

the writ petition is disposed of directing the

second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4 afore referred to, as expeditiously as

possible and at any rate within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
