   this court's Judgment dated 09-04-2021 in the OP(C), the court on the same

                                          ORDER

The original petition was disposed of by judgment dated

09.04.2021, directing to dispose A.S No. 6 of 2018 on or

before 30.08.2021. By communication dated 24.06.2021, the

Sub Judge, Neyyattinkara, has requested for extension of the

time limit till 31.07.2021.

Taking the present pandemic situation and the restricted

functioning of courts into consideration, the time limit is

extended by one month. It is expected that earnest efforts

will be taken to dispose the case within the extended time

limit.
