        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation
   of judgment dated 23/3/2020 in AS No. 125/2013 of Principal Sub Court,
   Irinjalakuda, pending disposal of the above case, so as to secure the ends
   of justice.

        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's order dated
