        Application praying that in the circumstances stated therein the
   High Court be pleased to suspend the operation of the sentence passed by
   the learned Judicial Magistrate of the First Class(NI Act cases),Ernakulam
   in Common Judgment dated 17/09/2018 in CC.No.670/2015 as confirmed by the
   learned Sessions Judge,Ernakulam in Judgment dated 29/03/2021 in
   Crl.A.no.407/2018 ,till the disposal of the Criminal Revision Petition.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and upon hearing the arguments of VIVEK VARGHESE P.J., VARUGHESE M EASO,
   Advocates for the petitioner and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the second
   respondent , the court passed the following:
                                      ORDER

The sentence on appellant will stand suspended on executing bond for Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate ,within three weeks from today.
