JUDGMENT
This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer:
"(i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction order or instructions directing the 2 nd respondent to consider Exhibit P6 revision and to take a decision thereon without any further delay."
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned
Government Pleader.
3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that as
against the rejection of approval of appointment of the petitioner with
effect from 06.06.2019, the petitioner has preferred a revision petition
under Rule 8A of Chapter XIV A, KER before the 2nd respondent and seeks
a consideration thereof.
4. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, there will be a
direction to the 2nd respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on
Ext.P6 revision petition preferred by the petitioner, with notice to the
petitioner, the 4th respondent as well as the 5 th respondent and after
hearing them, through any appropriate means, including video
conferencing, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a WP(C) NO. 14829 OF 2021
copy of this judgment.
This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
