   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the execution
   of the award in LAR No. 10/2018 before the Sub Court,Pala,in the interest
   of justice.
        This Application coming on for orders upon perusing the application
   and the affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments
   of GOVERNMENT PLEADER,      for the petitioner, the court passed the

This is an application filed to stay the execution of the award

in L.A.R. No.10/2018 on the file of the Subordinate Judges Court,

Pala.

After considering the averments in the affidavit filed in

support of the application and perusing the impugned judgment, I

am satisfied that the impugned award has to be stayed. Hence, I

stay all further proceedings pursuant to the award in L.A.R

No.10/2018 on condition that the petitioner deposits 50% of the

compensation amount with proportionate interest and costs within

a period of 60 days from today. The respondent/claimant would be

at liberty to move the Tribunal for withdrawal of the deposited

amount,in accordance with law.
