                                       JUDGMENT

The above writ petition is filed with the

following prayers;

"1. Issue writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or directing the respondents 1 and 2 to afford adequate protection to the petitioner and her family from the criminal actions of the 3rd respondent.

2. Such other reliefs which the Honourable court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. When this matter came up for consideration,

the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

that, now there is no law and order problem and if

there is any such problem, the petitioner may be

allowed to approach the Station House Officer

concerned.

3. In the light of the above submission, this

writ petition can be disposed in the following WP(C) NO. 26673/2019

manner;

i) If there is any law and order issue, the

petitioner is free to approach the Station House

Officer concerned with a complaint/representation.

ii) If such a complaint/representation is

received, the Station House Officer concerned will do

the needful in accordance with law
