      THIS   CRIMINAL   APPEAL    HAVING    COME   UP   FOR   ADMISSION   ON
07.07.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 CRL.A NO. 434 OF 2021                        2

                                      JUDGMENT

Appeal against the order rejecting bail

application under Section 18 and 18A(2) of the Scheduled

Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

2. Heard the petitioner and the Prosecutor.

3. The allegation levelled against includes complaint

against the accused attracting the offence under the

provisions of special enactment of SC/ST(Prevention of

Atrocities) Act. As such, rejection of anticipatory bail

based on the bar under Section 18 and 18A(2) of the

special enactment, deserves no interference by this court.

Since it is pertaining to the offence under the special

enactment, without causing any physical injury, there will

be a direction to the petitioner to appear and surrender

before the lower court within a period of two weeks from

today. In that event regular bail application, if any,

moved shall be considered on the same day. With that

direction, Crl.Appeal is hereby dismissed.
