                               JUDGMENT

Dated this the 07th day of July, 2021

The petitioner is aggrieved by the delay in

disposing R.P.No.1 of 2011 in O.S.No.95 of 2009

pending before the Tahsildar, Karthikappally (in

charge of Land Tribunal matters). The reference

leading to R.P.No.1 of 2011 was made in

O.S.No.95 of 2009 pending before the Munsiff's

Court, Kayamkulam.

2. Learned Government Pleader submits on

instructions that the Tahsildar will dispose

R.P.No.1 of 2011 within three months.

3. The petitioner has filed memo evidencing

service of notice on the Counsel appearing for

the respondent in the court below.

The original petition is hence disposed of,

directing the Tahasildar, Karthikappally (in

charge of Land Tribunal matters) to pass final O.P.(C) No.26 of 2020

orders in R.P.No.1 of 2011 in O.S.No.95 of 2009

within an outer limit of three months from the

date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
