        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to directing the respondent to issue the regular permit already
   granted to the petitioner as per Exhibit P1 with Exhibit P2 proposed
   timeings, without prejudice to the right of the respondent to settle the
   timeings objections,if any,thereafter,forthwith or at any rate within a
   time limit to be fixed by this Honourable court in the interest of
   justice,pending disposal of the writ petition (civil).
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C)and this court's judgment dated
   23/03/2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.K.V.GOPINATHAN NAIR,
   Advocates for the petitioners the court passed the following:

                                          ORDER

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Senior Government Pleader, I am inclined to further direct

in addition to the directions contained in the judgment dated

23.03.2021 that, in the meanwhile, the provisional set of timing

suggested by the petitioner shall be treated as provisional timing

after giving an opportunity of raising objections to the objectors by

putting it on the notice board and provisionally fix at the earliest

within a period of three weeks from today. This will continue to be

in force till the timing conference is convened. The above will

remain as provisional timing until final decision is taken.
