THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING BEEN FINALLY HEARD ON
11.01.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C).No.12201 OF 2011 2

                                JUDGMENT

The petitioner has approached this Court

impugning Ext.P8 and for a direction to the 2 nd

respondent to consider and pass orders on

Exts.P7 and P9.

2. I, however, notice that this matter

was filed as early as in the year 2011, but no

orders have been obtained by the petitioner

thereafter from this Court. In fact, the writ

petition was never moved after the date on

which it was admitted on 12/04/2011.

I am, therefore, of the firm view that the

prayers sought for herein cannot be granted

and that the writ petition has become

virtually infructuous.

In the afore circumstances this writ

petition will stand dismissed.
