Dated this the 29th day of January 2021

The Review Petition is filed pointing out that the time

granted to the respondents is too large and petitioner is badly

in need of funds in order to complete the work.

2. As the work is ongoing, there shall be a direction to

the respondents to make the payment towards 25% of the amount

due to the petitioner within one month. The judgment is

therefore modified with a further direction to the respondents

to make 25% of the payment within one month.

The Review Petition is accordingly disposed of.
