                                  JUDGMENT

Dated this the 29th day of January 2021

The petitioner, who is the manager of an aided school has

approached this Court challenging Exts.P3, P4 and P5 orders by which

approval has been declined for appointments made by the petitioner. It

is submitted that Ext.P6 revision petition has been filed by the manager

which is pending consideration before the 1st respondent.

2. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, there will be

a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass orders on

Ext.P6 revision petition preferred by the petitioner, with notice to the

petitioner as well as the appointee whose name is mentioned in Ext.P6

and after hearing them through any appropriate means including by

video conferencing, and pass orders thereon within a period of three

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
