                           JUDGMENT

The petitioner seeks for an expeditious

disposal of OS 359/2019 pending on the files of the Munsiff's Court, Pathanamthitta.

2. On going through the report obtained through

the Registry and taking note of the pendency of the

cases before the Sub Court, I am not inclined to

fix a time limit for disposal of the suit. However,

I dispose of this original petition directing the

learned Munsiff to expedite the disposal of the

suit.
