                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 28th day of January 2021

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned

Government Pleader.

2. The substantial prayer raised in this writ petition is as against

Exts.P2, P4 and P5 orders. It is submitted by the learned counsel for

the petitioner that Ext.P7 revision petition has been submitted by

the petitioner and the same is pending before the 1 st respondent

seeking approval of appointment as LPSA from 01.06.2018.

3. Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, there will

be a direction to the 1st respondent to take up, consider and pass

orders on Ext.P7 revision petition preferred by the petitioner with

notice to the petitioner as well as the Manager and after hearing

them by any appropriate means including through video

conferencing within a period of three months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment. In case the appointment is

approved, the resultant monetary benefits shall also be released to WP(C).No.2251 OF 2021

the petitioner within a period of three months thereafter.

This writ petition is ordered accordingly.
