When this matter was called today, the learned standing

counsel for the respondent submitted that the building permit

of the petitioner will be renewed today and that orders will be

issued to the petitioner by the close of the working hours of

this day.

This contempt case is, therefore, closed recording the

afore submission; however, leaving liberty to the petitioner to

seek a rehearing, if they are found to be not accurate in

future.
