The respondent in O.P (G & W) No. 260/2002 of the

District Court, Palakkad is the appellant. The petitioner in the

original petition is the respondent in the appeal.

2. Being aggrieved by the order passed in O.P. (G &

W) No. 92/2005 by the District Judge, Palakkad in granting

custody of the minor children namely, Nikhil and Neeraj to the

respondent, the appellant has filed this appeal.

3. Admittedly, both Nikhil and Neeraj are attained

majority. Therefore, they are no longer governed by the

provisions of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890. Hence,

nothing further survives in this appeal.

Resultantly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. MFA.No.200 OF 2005
