  Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to issue an interim
order directing the 2nd respondent to issue fitness certificate to the petitioner on
payment of Rs.1000/-, pending final disposal of this writ petition.
     This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the
affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of M/S
A.RAJASIMHAN, K.J.RAJAN, AYYAPPADAS and VYKHARI.K.U, Advocates for the
petitioner and of GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the Respondents, the court
passed the following.

Admit.

Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. In the light of the judgment in WPC No.15235/2013 dated 05.10.2013, the petitioner shall not be compelled to pay the supervision charges provided for in Exhibit P3 circular dated 12.09.2011 for grant of fitness certificate. 24-02-2021 Sd/-
