  Writ Petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be pleased to grant following
interim reliefs, pending disposal of the writ petition:-

1     stay the operation of Exhibit P10 Judgment of University Appellate,
Tribunal , Trivandrum in Exhibit P8 Appeal;
2. to keep in abeyance domestic enquiry proceedings before the 5th respondent;

3.direct the 4th respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service as Associate
Professor and Head of the Department of Zoology in Sree Narayana College,
Alathur, forthwith.

  This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and the
affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and this Court's order dated 17-02-2021, and
upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.HARISHANKAR & PARVATHY NAIR,
Advocates for the petitioner, SRI, P.C.SASIDHARAN, STANDING COUNSEL for
