   Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the operation of the judgment dated
31.01.2020 passed by the Addl.District Judge _V Ernakulam in O.S.17/2015
pending disposal of the above appeal.

    This application coming on for orders upon perusing the application and the
affidavit filed in support thereof, and upon hearing the arguments of M/S
M.P.SHAMEEM AHAMED, K.P.BHAGYESH, Advocates for the petitioner and of
M/S R.UMASANKAR, A.SINDHULAKSHMY, N.ASHOK KUMAR, Advocates for the
respondent, the court passed the following.
                            ORDER

There shall be an interim stay of operation of Judgment dated 31.01.2020 of Additional District Judge -V ,Ernakulam in O.S.No.17/2015 for a period of two months.
