    Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court be pleased to stay all
proceedings initiated against petitioner pursuant to the strictures made in the judgment dated
03/08/2019 in S.C.No.580/2016 by the Assistant Sessions Court (Additional), Palakkad till the final
disposal of the above criminal miscellaneous case, in the interest of justice.

    This petition again coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and this court's order
dated 01/02/2021 in Crl.MA.1/2020 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. NANDAGOPAL
S.KURUP, Advocate for the petitioner, and the PUBLIC PROSECUTOR for the respondents, the
court passed the following:
