 Con.Case(C).No.629 OF 2020

                                         2

                                 JUDGMENT

Dated this the 18th day of February 2021

This contempt case has been filed on the allegation that

the Local Level Monitoring Committee (LLMC) has not yet

disposed of the application of the petitioner.

However, the learned Senior Government Pleader

submitted that the LLMC has already taken a decision and

that the same was forwarded to the District Level Authorised

Committee (DLAC); which Authority, has now rejected the

petitioner's application. He says that the proceedings of the

DLAC has been placed on record, along with a memo dated

16.02.2021.

Taking note of the afore submissions and since this Court

cannot look into the merits of the orders now issued by the

LLMC or the DLAC, I close this contempt case; however,

leaving liberty to the petitioner to impugn both the orders, if

he is so interested, as per law.

Sd/- DEVAN RAMACHANDRAN
