                              JUDGMENT

Dated this the 8th day of February 2021

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the

inaction of the Police to register a crime, in spite of

congnizable offences having been made out in Ext.P3

complaint filed by the petitioner. Along with

I.A.No.1/2021, the petitioner has produced Ext.P6 in

Crime No.1412/2020, registered at the Palluruthy

Kasaba Police Station, for offences punishable under

Sections 447, 324 and 427 r/w 34. The learned

Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the crime

has been registered for the offence under Section 324

despite the grievous injuries suffered by the petitioner

and seeks further investigation into the crime.

2. The Police having registered a crime based on

the petitioner's complaint, the petitioner should move

the jurisdictional Magistrate Court or the investigating WP(C).No.25896 OF 2020(J) ..3..

officer concerned, if he is seeking further

investigation.

Reserving the petitioner's liberty to take

appropriate steps in that regard, the writ petition is

closed.
