                                 O R D E R

Dated this the 5th day of February 2021

The prayer in this Criminal M.C.

is to quash the further proceedings as

against the petitioner, who is the fourth

accused, in C.C.No.726/2014 of the

Judicial First Class Magistrate Court,

Adoor.

2. After arguing the matter for

sometime, learned Counsel for the

petitioner submitted that for the present,

the petitioner will be satisfied, if the

learned Magistrate is directed to dispose

the matter expeditiously.

3. The crime is of the year 2013

and the case has been pending from 2014

onwards, moreover, the petitioner and the

other accused were aged below twenty CRL.M.C.NO.488 OF 2021

years when the incident occurred. Hence, I

consider the request for early disposal to

be reasonable.

In the result, the Criminal M.C.

is disposed of, directing the Judicial

First Class Magistrate, Adoor, to take

earnest efforts to dispose C.C.No.726/2014

within four months from the date of

receipt of a copy of this judgment.
