                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 5th day of February 2021

The grievance of the petitioner is essentially

regarding the non payment of pension for the months of

June and July 2018 and other benefits.

When the matter was taken up, the learned

Standing Counsel for the K.S.R.T.C submitted that, the

pension due for the period of June and July 2018 can be

disbursed within a period of two months from today.

This is recorded and the writ petition is disposed of

with direction to pay the amounts due, as expeditiously

as possible, at any rate, within a period of two months

from today.
