                             JUDGMENT

Dated this the 5th day of February 2021

The pith and substance in the present writ petition as

emanated from the pleadings is for the issuance of

directions to the Enquiry Officer to kindly summon the

defence witness before the enquiry proceedings and

record the deposition to meet the ends of justice.

2. There is no representation on behalf of the

petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent Bank

submits that since there was no interim order, the enquiry

was completed and the petitioner was dismissed from

service which has attained finality as Bank has not

received any petition laying challenge to the same.

In view of what has been noticed above no cause of

action survives. Writ petition is accordingly rendered

infructuous.
