                          JUDGMENT

Dated this the 3rd day of February 2021

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the

learned Senior Counsel appearing for Milma. The

learned Senior Counsel pointed out that the petitioner

has not produced the experience certificate in the

prescribed form and that there is nothing available to

examine the genuineness of the documents which she

has produced along with the writ petition.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner

submitted that the document attested in prescribed form

is available and it can be produced at any time. She has

not produced it earlier, since there is no direction from

this Court.

3. Though the learned Senior Counsel for the

respondent objected to the propriety of the Court's

interference in selection process of this nature, I am

inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the WP(C).No.4 OF 2021(A)

petitioner to produce the Ext.P7 in the prescribed format

within two days from today. The respondent shall receive

it. The question of reliability of the certificate is within

the domain of the respondent.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
