                                  ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure, 1973 (for short "the Code") seeking the relief of quashing

Annnexure-A2 charge sheet filed against the petitioner in Crime

No.07/2015/TSR of the Vigilance and Anti-Curruption Bureau, Thrissur

and all further proceedings in the case C.C.No.11/2016 pending in the

Court of the Enquiry Commissioner and Special Judge (Vigilance),

Thrissur.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, learned

counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to

withdraw the petition with liberty to move the trial court for discharge

under Section 239 of the Code.

3. Consequently, this Crl.M.C is dismissed as withdrawn. The

petitioner is at liberty to file application for discharge in the trial court

at the appropriate stage. If any such application is filed by the

petitioner, it shall be considered and disposed of by that court

uninfluenced by the fact that this Crl.M.C has been withdrawn by him.
