Dated this the 1st day of February, 2021

It is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that

this writ petition is not maintainable here since the petitioner's

husband was working in the Text Book Depot, at Kannur under

the Government of Kerala. The writ petition is, therefore,

dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioner to

approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
