        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the operation and implementation of Exhibit.P4 judgment
   pending disposal of the writ petition(civil).
        This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   P.V.JAYACHANDRAN and VENU MENON Advocates for the petitioners ,the court
   passed the following:

Issue notice to the respondent by speed post.

There will be a stay of the operation and implementation of Exhibit.P4 judgment for
