A.Muhamed Mustaque, J This Court in Cont. Case Nos.806/2020, 1266/2020 and

428/2021, as early as on 24/3/2021 directed the respondents to

appear in person and posted the matter to 18/5/2021. The

respondents have not yet complied with the directions in the

judgment. Though the respondents ought to have been present,

taking note of the fact that there was no posting since 18/5/2021, we

direct the respondents to appear in person on the next posting date.

It is made clear that if the directions are complied by the next posting

date, the respondents need not appear.
