   of the judgment dated 26.08.2014 passed in AS No.144/2010 on the file of
   Additional District Judge-V, Palakkad pending disposal of the above
   appeal.


        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
