This writ petition was filed by two minors represented

by their father. Their prayer in the writ petition is

seeking permission to visit Sabarimala Temple and offer

prayers there. The prayers are as follows:

i. To issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus, or any

other writ; order on direction directing the respondents to

give permission to the petitioners to visit Sabarimala

temple and to offer prayers and to enable the petitioners

for getting permission for booking of virtual Q for

Sabarimala darshan.

ii. To grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court may

deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners

referred to the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C).No. WPC No.17328/2021
