        Application praying that in the circumstances stated in the
   affidavit filed therewith the High Court be pleased to stay the judgment
   and decree dated 03.08.2019 in AS.No.137/2015,IInd Addl.District
   Court,Ernakulam confirming the judgment and decree dated 30.10.2014 in
   OS.No.551/2009, IInd Addl.Sub Court,Ernakulam, pending disposal of the
   above appeal.
        This Application again coming on for orders upon perusing the
   application and the affidavit filed in support thereof and this Court's
   order dated 22.01.2021 and upon hearing the arguments of SRI.DINESH
   R.SHENOY, SRI.EBIN MATHEW, SRI.P.ROHIT PREMANANDAN SHENOY, Advocates for
   the petitioner and of SRI.A.BALAGOPALAN, SRI.A.RAJAGOPALAN,
