        OP (Kerala Administrative Tribunal) praying inter alia that in the
   circumstances stated in the affidavit filed along with the OP(KAT) the
   High Court be pleased to direct the 2nd respondent to provisionally accept
   the online application of the petitioner to the post of Assistant
   Professor in English under Category 287/2019, pending disposal of the
   above Original Petition.


        This petition coming on for orders on 25.08.2021 upon perusing this
   court's judgment dated 22.01.2020 and this court's order dated 13.07.2021
   and the petition and the affidavit filed in support of OP(KAT) and upon
   hearing the arguments of M/S.P.NANDAKUMAR & S.ANEESH Advocates for the
   petitioner, and of SENIOR GOVERNMENT PLEADER for the respondent 1 and
   SRI.P.C.SASIDHARAN, STANDING COUNSEL for the respondent 2, the court
