          Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to issue a direction directing the second respondent to pass order
   on Exhibit P6 application submitted by the petitioner in the light of the
   observations in the judgment of this Honourable Court reported in District
   Town Planner Vs. Joby reported in 2020(6) KLT 600, pending disposal of the
   Writ Petition.



          This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
