                                      JUDGMENT

Petitioner, who is an existing stage carriage operator, filed Ext.P1

application for variation. Grievance of the petitioner is that, Ext.P1 is not taken up

even now.

2. Learned senior Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that

Ext.P1 has been processed and can be placed before the next RTA meeting.

3. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the

entire facts, I am inclined to dispose of the writ petition directing the first respondent

to take up Ext.P1 application, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, in the next

meeting of the RTA,which may be convened within two months from today. If

there is no chance of such meeting being convened, first respondent shall take

appropriate decision by circulation under Rule 130, after giving notice to the

affected parties to submit their written objections.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
