        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 3rd respondent to issue fitness certificate to the
   building of MES Raja Residential School after accepting a fee of Rs.
   1,000/- stipulated in Ext.P5, pending final disposal of the above case.

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   M/S.R.K.MURALEEDHARAN & ATHIRA A.MENON Advocates for the petitioner and of
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for respondents 1 to 3, the court passed the following:




                                          ORDER

Admit.

Government Pleader takes notice for R1 to R3.

In the light of the judgment in WP(C) 15235/2013 dated 05-10-2013, the petitioner shall not be compelled to pay the supervision charges provided for in Ext.P10 circular dated 15-02-2021 for grant of fitness certificate.
