          ROAD, UP HILL, MALAPPURAM - 676 505.

THIS WRIT PETITION (CIVIL) HAVING COME UP FOR ADMISSION ON
11.08.2021, THE COURT ON THE SAME DAY DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:
 WP(C) NO. 14581 OF 2021 2

                          JUDGMENT

The petitioner is the holder of a regular permit to

operate service on the route Kozhikode - Palakkad. He is

conducting the stage carriage service with vehicle

No.KL-10/AF 997, as evident from Ext.P1. The timing was

issued by proceedings dated 05.05.2008, which was

modified thereafter in 2017. Since several other vehicles

are now operating in the service, the petitioner proposed

to apply for revision of timing and to fill in the slot of

another vehicle which has stop servicing, it was

surrendered Accordingly, Ext.P1 application was

submitted.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the

petitioner and the learned senior Government Pleader,

having regard to the limited prayer sought by the

petitioner, I am inclined to direct the respondent to take

up Ext.P1 application and after obtaining the necessary

inputs, convene a timing conference and after giving a

reasonable opportunity of being heard to all required

persons to pass appropriate orders on Ext.P1, as

expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of

one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
